The room was elegant and fantastic and the bathroom was spacious. We really enjoyed a convenient position of this excellent central hotel. It offered great service and great food too. The atmosphere created was quiet.

The staff is attentive, brand-new rooms with great-sized, comfy and peaceful location with fantastic mountain views nearby. Close to shopping and good restaurants, only a 10-minute drive to the National Museum of World War II Aviation.

The location was quiet and convenient, next to Colorado Springs and close to the airport. A shopping area with great restaurants was within walking distance. All the staff were very friendly and excellent.

The room was good-sized and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The view of the mountains from the window was great. The hotel's location was favorable and close to common areas. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and welcoming, making everything nice. I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Colorado Springs Airport again!

I stayed for 4 nights and had breakfast at the restaurant here, and I really liked the cozy beds with down pillows.

My stay on a business trip was really good. The room had fantastic views of the mountains. The spacious bathroom was equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets for my convenience. The location was favorable, close to shopping centers, the restaurant, and Colorado Springs.

Our room had two comfortable double beds and was equipped with a clean flat-screen TV offering cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

Staff professional, accommodating, friendly. Nathalie and Jenny excellent ambassadors. Breakfast hot and delicious. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Sweet waitresses, great for grandchildren. Pretty view, kept clean.

The staff was exceptional as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Regarding the staff, Harold was extremely helpful when the first reservation was messed up, he fixed it immediately and got us into a different room at the same rate. Kudos to that.

Unfortunately the reservation was made for a day prior (my error) and although Harold said we would not be charged, my card was still charged an additional day. The inconvenience of having to wait for 5 days to have that money put back on my debit card made debt in other areas. Had that not happened I would have given my rating as 100% because we really did enjoy our stay.

Great location, helpful staff, delicious complimentary breakfast, and accommodating restaurant. Good beds, Nintendo Switch compatible TV, and nice bath water. Friendly and relaxed staff, clean room, big bathtub, gym room, and hot tub. Perfect for a quiet overnight getaway.
